Alex A asked about 2 months agoThank you for your question.
Yes we can confirm that a proposed new route 45 would still serve Greyhound Terrace. If we were to change route 45 as proposed, it would replace route 118, serving the same bus stops that the 118 does now.
This is apart from a small exception to the proposed routeing at Brixton Police Station. Here the proposed route 45 would serve stop K on Gresham Road instead of stop G on Brixton Road, currently used by the 118. It would then serve more stops after Brixton Road, as part of the proposed extension from Brixton Station to Camberwell. The following tables help compare the frequency of route 118 now and the proposal for route 45.

This is due to measures taken by TfL to protect our systems and data during an ongoing cyber security incident. We continuously review and adapt the bus network to reflect changing customer needs. This includes proposing changes to existing bus routes, so services operate in areas where our customers need them most.More buses are operating than are needed by customers along two key sections of route 45; between Brixton Hill and Streatham, and between Camberwell and Elephant & Castle - and less passengers now use the 45. The proposed restructure would create new bus journey opportunities, without the need to change bus. This would directly benefit any customers, including commuters, staff, patients and visitors travelling to and from Kings College Hospital and Maudsley Hospital sites in Camberwell from Morden and Streatham -
