Get involved in our Community Workshop

Please complete this survey to register your interest in taking part in our community workshop. The number of participants will be capped at 24, so depending on the number of people interested you unfortunately may not be successful. 

We will ask you several questions to help us determine successful participants. You must complete all these questions, as well as register and answer all demographic questions in order to be eligible to take part. 

You have until Tuesday 2 December to register your interest. We will notify successful people later in December, for the workshop taking place in January.

For taking part in the workshop we will offer you a £150 voucher.
