Changes to journeys

There would no longer be a direct bus route between these locations.  

Instead, customers would need to: 

From Avondale Road towards Castelnau:

• Walk from Avondale Road to Mortlake High Street and take bus route 209 towards Barnes Pond 

OR

• Take route 378 from Avondale Road and interchange onto route 209 towards Barnes Pond at either Mortlake High Street or the Terrace, or interchange onto route 209 towards Hammersmith at Church Road. (Same stop interchanges)

From Castelnau towards Avondale Road:

• Take route 209 towards Hammersmith and alight at White Hart Lane, then walk to Avondale Road.

OR

• Take route 209 towards Hammersmith and interchange with route 378 towards Mortlake at Mortlake High Street or The Terrace (Same stop interchange)

OR

• Take route 209 towards Barnes Pond and interchange onto route 378 towards Mortlake at Church Road (Same stop interchange)

There would no longer be a direct bus service between these locations.   

Instead, customers would need to: 

From Barnes High Street towards Castelnau:

• Walk from Barnes High Street to Church Road and take route 209 towards Hammersmith

OR

• Take route 378 towards Putney Bridge and change onto route 209 towards Hammersmith at Church Road (same stop interchange)

From Castelnau towards Barnes High Street:

• Take route 209 to Barnes Pond and walk to Barnes High Street

OR

• Take route 209 towards Barnes Pond and interchange onto route 378 towards Mortlake at Church Road (same stop interchange)

There would no longer be a direct bus service between these locations. 

Instead, customers would need to: 

From Mill Hill/Station Roads to Queen Elizabeth Walk/Wetlands Centre:

• Walk from Mill Hill or Station Roads to Church Road and catch route 378 towards Putney Bridge to access the Wetlands Centre

OR

• Walk from Mill Hill or Station Roads to Rocks Lane and board the 378 towards Mortlake to reach the Wetlands Centre

From Queen Elizabeth Walk/Wetlands Centre towards Mill Hill/Station Roads:

• Board route 378 towards Mortlake, alight at Barnes Pond and walk to Mill Hill/Station Roads

OR 

• Board route 378 towards Putney Bridge and alight at Ranelagh Avenue and walk to Mill Hill/Station Road

There would no longer be a direct bus service between these locations. 

Instead, customers would need to: 

From Church Road/Queen Elizabeth Walk/Wetlands Centre towards the area east of Putney:

• Board route 378 towards Putney Bridge and interchange onto route 485 towards Wandsworth on Lower Richmond Road (same stop interchange)

From the area east of Putney to Church Road/Queen Elizabeth Walk/Wetlands Centre:

• Board route 485 towards Mortlake and interchange onto route 378 towards Mortlake on Lower Richmond Road (same stop interchange)

There would no longer be a direct bus service between these destinations: 

Instead, customers would need to: 

From Station/Mill Hill Roads towards Castelnau: 

• Walk from Mill Hill or Station Roads to Church Road and take route 209 towards Hammersmith to reach Castelnau

OR

• Walk from Mill Hill or Station Roads to Rocks Lane and board route 33 towards Castelnau or route 419 towards Richmond 

From Castelnau to Mill Hill/Station Roads: 

• Board route 209 towards Barnes Pond and walk from Barnes Pond to Mill Hill or Station Roads 

OR

• Board route 33 towards Richmond or route 419 towards Roehampton to Ranelagh Avenue and walk to Mill Hill or Station Roads

There would no longer be a direct bus service between these destinations. 

Instead, customers would need to: 

From Castelnau to Lower Richmond Road:

• Take route 33 towards Richmond or route 419 towards Roehampton and change onto route 378 towards Putney Bridge at Ranelagh Avenue (same stop interchange) 

From Lower Richmond Road to Castelnau:

• Take route 378 towards Mortlake and change onto route 33 towards Castelnau or route 419 towards Richmond at Ranelagh Avenue (same stop interchange)

There would no longer be a direct bus service between these locations. 

Instead, customers would need to make two changes, both using same stop interchanges:  

From Castelnau towards the area east of Putney:

• Take route 33 towards Richmond or route 419 towards Roehampton and interchange onto route 378 towards Putney Bridge at Rocks Lane. They would then need to interchange onto route 485 towards Wandsworth at any stop along Lower Richmond Road (all same stop interchanges) 

From the area east of Putney towards Castelnau:

• Take route 485 towards Mortlake and interchange onto route 378 towards Mortlake at any stop along Lower Richmond Road . Then interchange onto either route 33 towards Castelnau or 419 towards Richmond at Ranelagh Avenue (all same stop interchanges)
