We are holding a six month consultation to find out what you think about the impact of the changes on you and your local community. As your views of the scheme may change over this time, you can submit as many responses as you like throughout the consultation period.
You can reply by completing our survey, which should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. To take part in our online survey you will need to register with your email address. Your details will be kept secure.

The closing date for comments is 12 January 2025.
