Tell us your views
We are holding an six-week public consultation to hear what you think about these proposals. We want to know if you agree with them, if there is anything you do not agree with, and to understand the reasons why you feel this way.
You can reply by completing our survey, which should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. The closing date for comments is Wednesday 18 October 2023.
