Walking & Cycling Improvements to A10/Lincoln Road Junction

We have now launched a consultation on a new set of proposals to improve walking and cycling in the area around the A10 Great Cambridge Road junction with Lincoln Road.

Introduction
We’ve been working with London Borough of Enfield on a project that would make it easier and safer to walk and cycle the junction between the A10 and Lincoln Road.
You can register your interest in the project by subscribing to project updates. You can also use the questions tool on this page and we will respond to your question as soon as we can.
We are now in the process of refining and enhancing our proposals as we are aiming to run a full consultation in the spring of 2024.

Background
This project is part of a borough-wide improvement programme that supports the Mayor’s Transport Strategy by delivering Vision Zero to eliminate serious accidents on the highway by 2040.
We held a consultation about an earlier set of proposals to make improvements to this junction in March 2019 and we have taken on board the feedback we received from the local community and other stakeholders.
