What will the impact be on parking?
The majority of parking in the area will remain unchanged, with the following exception. The scheme will require the removal 30m of informal parking opposite 149, 147A and 147B Great Cambridge Road. This is due to the closure of the service road access from Lincoln Road (west) and to maintain access and visibility around the new access on A10 Great Cambridge Road (north). The proposed design maintains accesses to all existing private car parking spaces along the Great Cambridge Road service road.
