Consultation has concluded
Consultation update 24 March 2022
We held a six-month consultation between 10 June and 10 December 2021 on experimental changes we made to Cycle Superhighway 8 between Chelsea Bridge and Wandsworth town centre.
We received 325 responses to our consultation in total, including four from stakeholders.
We have now published a Consultation Report to set out the outcomes of the consultation, but we have not yet made any decisions about how to move forward. You can read our consultation report and the appendix to the report in the Documents section of this page.

Pin your feedback on our map
Alongside our Survey, we wanted to give you the opportunity to share issues you may have with specific locations - whether that is about parking, cycling or walking. To help you do that, we are using our Places tool.
This tool allows you to pin on specific locations where you are finding issues and gives you space to provide comments on what you'd like to see us do about it:
- Parking - where you are finding it difficult to park and access services, or there are difficulties with loading and deliveries
- Cycling - where you'd like to see changes to the infrastructure provided that would make it easier and safer to cycle
- Walking - where you'd like to see changes to the infrastructure provided that would make it easier and safer to walk
When using this tool you'll 'pin' your comment to a specific location. Click on the plus sign to select the pin you want, and then drag it on to the map. You'll only be able to pin and add comments within the designated area box. There's space to provide a short comment and upload a photo if you'd like. In your comment please tell us as precisely as possible what the issue is, how its impacting you, and what you think we could do about it.
This is the first time we are using this tool. We need to understand how easy the tool is for you to use, and how we can analyse your responses and report on them. As a result, we are not going to make this available on the whole route but on a small section - Battersea Park Road between the junctions of Macduff Road and Latchmere Road. If you have any comments to make on other sections please use the Survey.
If you have specific accessibility requirements which mean you are unable to use this tool, please contact haveyoursay@tfl.gov.uk. Provide us with the location, identifying any specific issues or opportunities you would like us to consider.
Please note that any comments you make on the map will be visible to others and will be subject to moderation. Any personal information will be kept confidential but your user name will be displayed. For further details on moderation are available here.
Comments made on the map will be made publicly available after the project has closed and we may also include them in the form of a report on the results of the engagement exercise, but any personal information will be kept confidential. Your personal information will be properly safeguarded and processed in accordance with the requirements of privacy and data protection legislation.
