A revitalised destination for Kilburn is coming soon.

We’re refurbishing 12 railway arches at Kilburn Mews, after our proposals were approved in September 2023. The significant investment will transform this previously hidden space into a vibrant new destination for the community.

Our proposals were designed following extensive engagement with businesses, local groups and the wider community; and your feedback continues to help us as we begin to think about curating the right mix of businesses that’ll benefit Kilburn.

In Spring 2025, Morgan Sindall started Phase #02 which includes installing the frontages, and creating the new landscaped walkway and public space

At Places for London, we have bigger aspirations for Kilburn and we are continuing to look at further opportunities to unlock more of the potential and deliver a gateway to Kilburn that it deserves.

Next Steps

Morgan Sindall are our contractors, and they are readying the arches for interested businesses to move in next year.

We’ve made the arches flexible so a range of different businesses can apply, and we’re thrilled to be partnering with Bruce Gillingham Pollard as we begin the lettings journey.

The arches will begin to be advertised shortly and we encourage all interested parties to keep an eye on our Properties Listings. We know that Kilburn Arches has a strong history, and it became home to local, independent businesses which will play a part. History meets presents to define the future.

    Kilburn, Public Exhibition

    Prior to finalising our proposals ahead of submitting our application to Camden Council we hosted a Public Exhibition and gave participants the opportunity to share their ideas with us.
