Sustainable Development Framework
What is our Sustainable Development Framework (SDF)?
The Sustainable Development Framework (SDF) is a metric driven tool for delivering best practice in the property sector. It has been developed by Transport for London (TfL) as an open-source tool for the entire industry to use.
How can we improve our SDF?
We recognise that we do not have all the answers and we are seeking the views of stakeholders and industry to ensure it remains at the cutting edge of sustainability.
How can I contribute?
We have split our engagement into nine surveys covering each individual dimension to allow you to comment on the areas you feel most relevant to you.
Technical Guidance Workshops
To support those wishing to contribute to our engagement we have set up nine Technical Guidance Workshops
- 7 Jan, 2022 Health and Wellbeing technical guidance session

When the engagement closes on 23 January 2022 the team will review and, where possible, incorporate your comments ahead of launching the finalised SDF in spring 2022. The SDF will continue to be updated annually as best practice evolves.
